Precisely control heat, steam and airflow for the best results with any dish, from roast chicken to chocolate brownies to garlic-roasted asparagus. Even bake bread like a pro and bring leftovers back to life. Ten modes are Steam, Auto Steam Bake, Convection, Convection Humid, Convection Steam, Gourmet, Slow Roast, Reheat, Recipes and Keep Warm.

DESIGN FLEXIBILITY

The unit can be installed flush with cabinetry to seamlessly integrate it into your kitchen design. And since it isn't plumbed, it can be installed anywhere without requiring special water lines.

25% LARGER INTERIOR CAPACITY

More than 25 percent larger than similar units, large enough to roast a 15-pound turkey, Wolf's convection steam oven gives you room to prepare larger items and even multiple dishes at once.

LARGE, EASY-ACCESS WATER TANK

The oven's large water tank provides 90 minutes of continuous steam cooking. Thoughtfully designed, it can be refilled when needed without opening the oven door and interrupting the cooking process.

GOURMET MODE

Simply tell it the type of food you are putting in the oven – anything from a soufflé to a crown roast to a few sweet potatoes. The climate sensor detects the volume, shape and consistency and adjusts time, temperature and humidity for guesswork-free delicious results, every time.

STEAM MODE

Steam vegetables deliciously, and retain up to 22 percent more vitamins. Or steam soy-glazed black cod that's incredibly moist and flavorful. Steam mode heats with steam and hot air, achieving a temperature range from 85° F to 210° F. Ideal for capturing nutrition, color and flavor.

Built with superior-quality materials, Wolf products are designed to last a minimum of 20 years under far heavier use than any home cook will ever subject them to. To ensure reliability, engineers stress-test our designs under laboratory conditions that simulate years of use. Major components are tested and subjected to extreme stresses prior to going into the final design of the unit, and every major function of every completed product is tested before shipping.

AUTO STEAM BAKE MODE

By heating with steam first, then using convection heat to finish, you can create bagels, breads and pastries worthy of your local boulangerie, with a tender interior and a natural shine without the need for brushing with an egg wash. Auto Steam Bake mode temperatures range from 210° F to 445° F.

CONVECTION HUMID MODE

A heating element at the back of the oven produces heat, and oven ventilation is sealed so that moisture remains in the oven, too. The result? Your juiciest meatloaf or most mouthwatering muffins ever. Convection Humid temperatures range from 85° F to 445° F.

SLOW ROAST MODE

The ultimate convenience for busy gourmets. Just insert the probe into your prepared meat, select the appropriate slow roast setting, tell the oven what time you want it done, and come home to a perfectly cooked main dish that's rested and ready to serve.

RECIPES MODE

Use this mode and the collection of built-in recipes to harness the power of the oven's many different cooking modes. Easily cook entire meals from appetizers and entrees to delicious desserts!

CONVECTION STEAM MODE

Use this mode for poultry, bacon, any foods you want to be tender inside and roasted or crisped outside. Convection Steam mode temperatures range from 85° F to 445° F.

DELAYED START

What time would you like your dish to be ready? Simply program it in. The oven turns on at the right moment and adjusts the cooking process so the food is ready to serve precisely when you want it.

KEEP WARM MODE

Sometimes family members or guests can't be there when food is hot from the oven. So instead of putting it in the refrigerator, then warming it up again, use the Keep Warm mode. The combination of convection and steam heat ensures that every bite tastes "fresh from the oven" delicious.

IS IT DONE YET?

The temperature probe alerts you when your dish has reached the desired temperature, eliminating guesswork when preparing anything where internal temperature is the surest sign of delicious results.

MULTIPLE PANS AND RACK POSITIONS

Two included pans can be placed in any of four rack positions. Both pans are stainless steel – one solid, and the other with a perforated bottom well-suited for dishes prepared in steam mode.
