We've been using this washer for a month now, and we're very happy with it. The clothes come out super clean and with so much moisture extracted. I was worried that it wouldn't be big enough because it's smaller than our old top-loading washer, but I have yet to fill it to capacity even with sheets and towels. _x000D_ It has most of the features we need. I'd be happy to have a few more cycle options and an easier way to child-proof the controls. For those reasons, I'd knock the rating down to a 4.5 if that were possible.

I bought it one month ago and it is working perfectly so far. The clothing are washed clean and washer was stable and quiet when it sinned at high speed. The clothing was almost dried before entering the dryer. I hope this machine can last longer than my previous samsung washer which had so many problems after 2-3 years using.

Now I may be bias, only because this is the first ever washer I have purchased NEW! But I absolutely ? love it! At first I was concerned by the minimal amount of water it used, because like I said I've never owned anything new! Or front load. I love all the different features it offers, our clothes come out clean and it doesn't sing me a ridiculously long song once its done! Would recommend ??

For several months I have endured this washing machine. It barely gets the clothes wet. They rarely come out clean on a first wash, and most of my clothes aren’t that dirty. I use the normal wash cycle. The drum rotates but the clothes do not turn they sit in the bottom of the washer a lot of the time . Even with putting on the extra rinse I don’t feel these clothes have been rinsed properly. I wish I had my old front loader washer back.

I like it so far, but we had a problem with the vibration moving it all over the floor. We put it on a pedestal and had to bolt it to the floor

I bought this after my Samsung died, after only 7 years of operation. Very glad I did. Read the reviews and all seemed to point to a good, reliable machine. _x000D_ Only one problem, very minor. Small socks tend to get stuck in the rubber seal. There is a gap that allows the small socks to wedge themselves in there.
