Our brand new Electrolux Duel Fuel range was installed mid December 2024, and was a dud right from day one. Only 2 of the 6 burners will hold a flame. A service technician has been out twice. It took four weeks for the thermal couplers to arrive because they were on back order. The technician replaced the valves and thermal couplers, but the burners still will not hold a flame. Meanwhile, all this taking apart and putting back together our brand new very expensive range is leaving the stove top scratched right up. So here I sit, with a family of 6 to feed, using only two burners. This is NOT what I expected with I dropped thousands of dollars on a new range. I'm very disappointed and frustrated.

Stove top was a bit of a challenge to figure out how to keep the burners lit but was fine after applying the right amount of pressure while turning the knobs. I used the oven periodically for a month until it flashed a ERR2 code. I called for warranty support but received a recording prompting me to go to the website were I have been ignored. This is a $6000. dud. If you buy this product you’ll be on your own.

Bought in 2012, didn’t use til kitchen Reno was done in 2014. Love it, especially the gas burners. Have had oven issue, F10 code, 3 times now (2019, 2021, and now). The first two times I had to shut the breaker off overnight. This time, it hasn’t worked. Any ideas? I’m in the middle of harvest, with a lot of meals to make!

Brand new dual fuel range was plugged in and exploded a hole out the back. Manufacturing issues happen but claims department is going to take 2 days or more to call the retailer to release an ( low stock) replacement range. Could they not spend 5 min and get them to rush out a stove?

We purchased the 30” Electrolux Dual Fuel Range in August, 2022. In July, 2024, the oven quit heating and displayed error code 2. We contacted our extended warranty provider, but with delays in service and parts availability, we were without the oven for almost 6 weeks. We paid $150 warranty deductible. The repair was made and the oven worked again. In February, 2025, the oven displayed the same error code (ERR2) and would not heat. We had to contact the warranty service again, and had to pay another $150 deductible. A service provider completed an assessment and ordered the same part that failed last year. We had to pay $894 for the service call and the part that he ordered. Repair was delayed, as the warranty provider was awaiting a response from Electrolux, which took over 10 days. In both cases, the repair consisted of replacing the main PC board, part number 5304527570. Since this is the second occurrence with the same issue within 6 months, we contacted Electrolux Customer Service through the online chat and described the above situation. The best that the representative could offer was an additional 1 year extended warranty for $248. We don’t want to pay any more money for covering an oven that continues to fail. I asked for a reduced cost for an extended warranty that would cover all parts and repair costs and the representative said he would get back to me. He never did and ended the chat. We invested specifically in an Electrolux oven when we moved into our new home because it was a higher quality oven. Our costs to date have totaled an additional $1194 ($150 deductible *2 plus $894 for service, parts) after the $4200 purchase price within the first 2 1/2 years. In addition, we have been without use of the over for ~8 weeks during these malfunctions. The communication process with both Electrolux and the warranty company is extremely painful and frustrating because we either have a long hold time while eventually being connected to a representative overseas or we have to initiate a chat with a representative with limited authority.

Terrible reliability - continues to malfunction! Here’s a summary of our experience in the 2 1/2 years since we purchased our dual-fuel range: 8/18/2022 - purchased the 30” Electrolux Dual Fuel Range for ~$4200 - 7/2024 - Oven quit heating and displayed error code 2. We contacted our warranty provider, but with delays in service and parts availability, we were without the oven for almost 6 weeks. We paid $150 warranty deductible. Repair was made, oven worked again. - 1/05/2025 - Oven displayed same error code 2 again, however, the next day the error code disappeared and it worked again. - 2/19/2025 - Oven displayed same error code 2 for a third time and we had to contact the warranty service again. We had to pay another $150 deductible. Service provider completed assessment and ordered the same part that failed last year. We had to pay $894 upfront for the service call and the part that he ordered. - 3/6/2025 - We are still waiting for Electrolux to communicate their approval to the warranty service to pay the claim. The warranty service said they are not receiving a reply from Electrolux. We can’t schedule service until the approval is completed. 3/14/25 - Electrolux has approved repair, but now waiting for service date next week. - We contacted Electrolux Customer Service through the online chat and described the above situation. The best that the representative could offer was an additional 2 year extended warranty for $236. We don’t want to pay any more money for covering an oven that continues to fail. I asked for a reduced cost for an extended warranty that would cover all parts and repair costs and the representative said he would get back to me. He never did and ended the chat. The range is of great quality. Theresa little bit of a learning curve using the gas burners, but it’s worth it. We got dual fuel, so the oven is electric. We really love the even baking temperature of an electric oven.
