Works well was easy to set up wifi and set up my Prime Netflix Apple TV etc with my phone and the Samsung apps. I use it as a big monitor for my MacBook Pro and my pc to watch training videos. It’s nice to have a smart tv very sharp image good colour

I get excited everyday with this TV .... Much more than I expected out of a TV .... Let's admit though , this tv shouldn't be called a TV maybe another word would better describe it, TV is just not enough

Bought one month ago for a bedroom. Easy installation and connection. Use in a variety of modes (Apple mirroring, fire wire) but the default home screen is much too cluttered...although could argue gives more options for program/channel viewing. I am not convinced yet that the price of this unit lives up to my expectations in terms of detail and picture quality. For some reason the WiFi connection can be wonky...loses connection when other devices in the same room work fine.

This is my second 32" and I am not happy with it. The remote is defective and I had a run around with your firm to try and solve the problem I spent an hour and a half on the phone going to one dept to the other. I was told that it was my supplier Bell is the problem...

Have had this TV in our kitchen 1month with TiVo cable. The colour is bright and manages very well in a bright room. It is dependent on the quality of the signal, looking great with European produced material, but can decline to a cartoonish appearance of faces and over smoothing unpredictability. Have tried the different presets and not finding a satisfactory compromise. Am a medical imager so intrinsically fussy about resolution. Would love to know a defined Samsung custom setting for an improvement in resolution and a more natural picture. We have an older Samsung unit of same size and 1080p on same feed in bedroom that looks more natural and was why I went for this supposed higher resolution. Other functionality otherwise good. Only 4 stars because of the picture. Samsung if you’re reading this please tell me the best custom setting for a realistic picture.
