Electrolux/Frigidaire Gallery Refrigerator --- IS A NIGHTMARE, SORRY DESIGN. They have attempted fixing my New Frig 4 different times. They have put on (2) New Left Doors to try and resolve the problem and all have failed... The last tech was very sharp; in fact all the techs that have come --- really tried to help, it's not their fault. DO NOT BUY THIS FRIG --- WHY --- BECAUSE IT WILL LEAK AND LEAK AND LEAK !!! It is designed wrong and whoever buys a Frigidaire Gallery Refrigerator with a water and ice maker will always have this problem of leaking !!! All you have to do is open the right door and look to the left door where the Ice Maker is --- and you will see a 3/4 inch gap, which causes the fan at the back of the ice maker to blow and it circulates to the front of the ice maker and melts the ice and it drips down to the tray on the outside of the left door... The designers messed up and until they redesign it --- water will run in the floor... At this point Electrolux/Frigidaire Gallery Refrigerator folks are not Doing Anything --- I guess they are waiting until their warranty runs out in April 2025. The lowest rating they give is a (1) --- at this point, I would give it a ( - 1 )... DO NOT BUY THEIR JUKE !!! My granddaddy always told me that a man's word is his bond --- he said, "son if a man's word is no good, then that man's no good... It is called Integrity = being honest/honorable. I have had this ongoing problem since approximately 4 1/2 months and not one person in this United States has listened or helped... I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ELECTROLUX / FRIGIDAIRE PRODUCT IN THIS LIFETIME !!!

Purchased this fridge from Home Depot, was delivered and set up the first week of July. 2 days later, the ice maker stopped working on the door (mind you we did not touch it and it stopped working on its own, then we did not touch it because it was under warranty). We have a service technician from electrolux come out and look at it. After about 45 minutes, he told me the ice maker was turned "off". He turned it on and said it should work. It didn't work. We made another appointment, the same technician came out and plugged it into his iPad for 45 minutes to turn around and say it was in "sleep mode". He turned if off of "sleep mode" and said it should work, it did not. He came back and "resealed" the ice maker in the door and put a thermometer in there to test the temperature. That did not work. Then we made another appointment, a different technician came out and said he knows what the issue was. He pulled the fridge out and said it was leaking oil from the inside to one of the parts. Then said it was a 2+ hour job and he did not have time in his schedule to fix it that day because he had other appointments to service, glad we were a priority. Then, another appointment was made but cancelled. Another appointment was made, the part that was leaking oil was "fixed", then put back together. It was not fixed, it still does not work. Another appointment made, just to be cancelled because the parts were not in. Then, I have random parts showing up to my house. Attempted to reach out to the service technician, they did not reply. Finally made another appointment to try and have it fixed. I will not buy another electrolux product the rest of my life. I have had nothing but issues. This will be our 6th appointment coming up in 3 months. Nobody seems to know what they are doing and when I asked what we need to do in order to get a new fridge, the technician chuckled and said "that won't happen".

Love the fridge but have already had to have service because the ice maker wasn’t working. All good to go now and the service was quick and easy and they were very responsive. I love how they made room from all available spaces!
