After a disaster with another brand, our appliance store recommended Electrolux and I’m so grateful. This machine makes clothes so clean that I feel like I don’t even need detergent! What a relief to have a washer work so well.

We purchased this unit to replace a similar unit bought only 4 years ago so that we would have a matched set. The washer purchased 4 years ago was already on the 3rd new board needed. We did not want to keep replacing a faulty board design, or spend the estimated $600 on the repair, so we put that money toward a new unit. Sad. When the "new" washer arrived and was installed, it made such a loud rattling noise at the valve that I refused to accept it as new. A new, new washer was ordered. Again, that new washer made a rattling noise upon delivery. We kept running it, and eventually the rattling went away, but it is very disappointing to have repeated problems with new products. Time will tell if Electrolux corrected the faulty board issue. If same issue persists, I will not replace with same brand ever again. Enough tries at keeping similar products and wasting money.

We're really liking this washer. The price was great, compared with other brands. It has been doing a great job cleaning our clothes, the wash cycles are not too long and the touch control panel looks sharp. The option to use Pods is a nice touch and the other options, like spin speed and soil level are helpful. I would have liked a designated pre-soak cycle and a drain-and-spin cycle, though._x000D_ That's the only down side so far.

Great washer that really cleans well. Many options to customize for your needs. I like the eco function as well.
