This unit replaced a 14-year old front loader that we liked. We purchased Electrolux because of its reputation as a quality product. The installation was a breeze and using the machine is straight-forward. It runs efficiently and quietly and so far we are quite happy with our purchase. The only option I wish it had was a way to increase the volume of the alert beeps. If you keep your unit inside the house, you will appreciate how quiet it is. Ours is in the garage and unfortunately neither of us can hear it when it completes a cycle. This is a minor inconvenience as I just put an alert on my phone. The unit seems well-built and sturdy and it is aesthetically pleasing. The loads we have washed thus far are clean and spun nearly dry, lightening the load on the dryer.

The washer and dryer set are great-both are quiet and has a large drum for towels, jeans, and blankets. I used this set in an Airbnb, loved it and when my personal washer died shortly after, I bought this brand.

DO not regret going with this machine! It has been a work horse and our laundry comes out clean and smelling great! Would recommend to anyone looking to replace or upgrade current washer. I wil be buying the dryer as soon as my old one crap out.

Washing programs are easy to handle, temperature setting in different cycles is perfect, even deep soiled clothes are clean. Capacity is large enough for bulky sheets and comforters. Front loader door opening is big enough for bulky items. We love that this washer runs very quiet.

Bought our first house and needed a new washer. Looked at reviews for all the "regular" brands, which terrified me with stories of broken machines, error messages, and materials rusting. I was so happy to find this one, which had great reviews. This is my first experience with a front loader, and we did buy the pedestal drawer to make it a reasonable height. Had it for almost a month now, and it's been problem-free thus far. Love the 18 minute cycle for my toddler items, plus the option to pause and add clothes. Spin does open the drawer once in a while, but otherwise it's been quiet for a first-floor laundry closet. Looking forward to many years with this one!

After owning one brand of front loaders for over 20 years, I decided to switch to Electrolux. The user interface is simple, the clothes get clean, and the spin cycle extracts more water than any machine I have used. I am extremely satisfied with the quality and functionality of the machine.
