We purchased this to replace a 19 year old washer. We chose it after our repairman recommended it because Electrolux is easily serviceable and parts are available for years following the purchase.

I like the washer. I do wish it had a light inside and the bottom drawer came in two sizes so it is not so tall.

We weren't sure what to expect because we did a lot of research on all the major brands online, including all the reviews on each product. We happened to be in our local Home Depot and decided to see what was available. we saw this Electrolux floor model that was discontinued but in pretty good shape. We know the brand name from products in the past but not for washers and dryers. The reduced price was hard to beat so we took a chance on it. after carefully reading the installation instructions, we put it in place and ran our first load. This was our first front loader, so the process of the wash cycles was really different from what we were used to but after periodically checking on it, we were impressed with the results! it ran quiet, smoothly and the wash cycle options were amazing. we follow the great maintenance advice from other reviewers, such as wiping the inside of the door, wiping the inside of the door gasket and leaving the door slightly opened for an hour or so after washing a load. We love it! Better than expected! And regarding the spin cycle, which is a common complaint with these types of washers. This machine is no noisier than any other front or top loader. Maybe even quieter except for the expected vibration. So. After about a month or so, this machine has performed exceptionally well. Thank you.

Met our expectations for initial quality replacing a 14year old front load machine._x000D_ _x000D_ One downside with this model is the inability to stop the washer in the first 5 minutes, unlock door and add clothes to it.

This is my 2nd Electrolux washer and I am so happy about it. It’s been a little over a month since I bought this and so far, it’s working great. It cleans clothes well. It’s pretty quiet inane it doesn’t shake like the Samsung model that I previously owned and died in less than 3 years. I would highly recommend this washer.
