My wife and I are completely satisfied with our washer and dryer. They are everything we thought they’d be and more. This review would be worth 5 stars but the delivery experience blew that. When our new units were delivered the workers didn’t install them. They had reasons for why and we didn’t know enough at that time to realize they were just being lazy. After I called Lowe’s and then the delivery company we found out we were lied to by the delivery team. Their excuses were made up. So after waiting two more days a new team arrived to install. This team was efficient and professional. If they would’ve been our original delivery guys this review would’ve been 5 PLUS stars!

I love the 18 min wash! As a spa business, we do a lot of laundry and that feature is AWESOME!

It’s big and quiet! Works well. I wish it had a “add clothes” feature once the cycle starts. My old washer would allow you to pause the cycle within a certain timeframe to add clothes I missed. I also wish it had a light showing that there were clean clothes in there. I do laundry all the time and sometimes can’t remember what’s in there. The light reminds me to switch it out. The bell that rings is annoying and stops eventually. I sometimes don’t switch it out until hours later well after the bell stops ringing. A light would be better.

We have a had for about 1 week now. I will say it did run loud the first 4-5 washes, like the drum was off center, but it seems to have stopped.

The washer is easy to use and holds more clothes than our top loader. The clothes seem cleaner and softer once out of the dryer. The washer does smell if the door is closed after a wash. I have been keeping it open to air dry between washes and have not noticed a smell.

Replacement washer works great. The first one leaked right off the bat, but this one is working well.

Excellent machine. Very happy with it's performance.
