We have owned the washing machine for 3 weeks now. It is much quieter than our previous washer. It also cleans better, and it fits larger loads like my comforter easily. We also got the pedestal stand which makes it easier to toss clothes into my dryer.

Love everything about the machine but every wash requires cleaning of the front glass door. The water and soap never get removed after all the cycles. Have tried different settings with no luck.

The ordering process was easy, the delivery and install was handled professionally and even with a delay in shipping, they were great! Now, the washer and dryer, I love them, they are quiet, spacious, and work really well! I am very pleased with my new purchase!

This washer replaced a 13 year old Frigidaire front loader and overall, it's pretty decent. My question is when I select the 18 minute wash cycle, the time in the display always is 24 minutes! Just wondering.....

I HATE this machine. I hate the options on it. The rubber is perfumed and making me sick since day one. And it over suds my cleaning towels when I don’t even add detergent and doesn’t clean regular stuff well. Then the rinse and spin instead of drain and spin is the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen. I’m so fed up. I’m never buying Electrolux again.

Quiet and great Spins its only a month old. so far it seems like a great machine. Heavy should be stable , soap dispenser tray plastic , maybe should be a bit stronger outlined in metal or harder material, if last then i would care , my last model from another brand that needed taping to keep it together , below the washer tub , water would come out making it rust , hopefully the designer thought of keeping all water in the tub when the door opens.
