Bought this about 4 months ago, and she's still going strong (I should hope so, right!). Kinda confusing how "MAX" has a shorter time than "HEAVY". The touch-buttons are kinda finicky to press. As expected with any washer, thick heavy blankets have trouble balancing for the spin cycle--but there doesn't appear to be appropriate notifications of such. Seems to wash well enough, and I appreciate how fast the spin cycle is.

Just received this brand new washer and it is defective. Same defect as mentioned by other people on different blogs. It does not let water inside in "Normal" and "Quick wash" cycles. Only works on "Rinse and Drain" cycle. Did all the checks recommended and all it does ....is showing E 11 code. Extremally disappointing.

This is my first front load washer. I bought it after my top load flooded my basement for the third time. My clothes actually seem much cleaner, so I’m very happy with my choice so far.
