We bought a new washer and could not be more happier. The washer is quite, efficient and has a cleaning reminder function to do general cleaning cycles. We were able to switch the door opening to make it easier to load our washer which was also a great selling feature to have over the competitors. Would highly recommend it

Just arrived today, on first load, very quiet. But, several socks kept getting stuck in the gap of the gasket. I continually kept stopping the machine and repositioning the items, but, items immediately became stuck again and again. Plus, they did not get spun out, so, this is a major design flaw. I should not have to be required to put all my smaller items in laundry bags to prevent this. It is a major issue, and the machine has to be returned for this reason. I rated it rather low because it's a deal breaker.

This was our first purchase of an Electrolux product..There were many good reviews and it was cost competitive with other makes. However, just two weeks after installation and about 4 loads of wash, it developed a leak from under the unit and flooded below. Our laundry is on the second floor so you can imagine the mess.. Therefor, in good conscience, I don’t think we can recommend this product to anyone else.

This is a great washer. The spinning cycle was so fast that the clothes came out slightly damp. And that helps with the drying time in the dryer. And clothes came out smelling fresh and clean. There are various settings to choose from and my favorite is the 18min Fast Wash.
