Replacing Whirlpool Duet from 2005. I expected more features and better results. This new machine is considerably louder and my wife cannot get good results with delicates. They come out heavily wrinkled no matter what we do. At least it looks good and steam feature seems good.

So many great features on this machine and compared to our previous washer, it cleans better! I haven't used all the options on it yet but the ones I have used - especially the extra stain-removal functions - have worked very well. I've only had it for a month so we'll see how it holds up over time, but so far so good!

The machine has a perfect-sized tub for weekly laundry for a family of 5. The only thing I feel Electrolux can do better is the design and touch of the control panel. First, I observed delayed responses when I pressed the buttons. Given that there is no feedback mechanism in the buttons, I do not know if I pressed the button or just the delayed responses.

It is so convenient that the door can be opened from left to right.. Also it has the slot for pods.

This washer replaces a Whirlpool front load machine that had a faulty control board. The Electrolux model is much quieter, uses less energy and cleans our clothes better. It is also one of the few washers left that accepts powder detergent.

Just received this unit about three weeks ago, I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks to get it, but so far worth the wait.. Very quiet and quick. Actually, wish the end buzzer was a little louder ?
