I bought this a month ago after my old washer gave out. I don’t really like it at all. It’s loud when turning on the motor has a loud noise to it. When the spin cycle cuts in it’s very loud and vibrates a lot. Would not buy another

I really like the washer. My clothes wash quickly and smell very fresh. The only change I would make is with the plug-in - I wish that it allowed for a flush installation. I am considering getting a recessed receptacle box so that the washer will be closer to the wall.

Does the job well with only a few small issues to report. Washing so far has been good. Fast spin cycle is very fast. The noise level is moderate. My few issues are that the machine likes to walk a bit and not stay in place. The other annoying issues is that the detergent tray sticks. It's not a single smooth movement to open vs my old Samsung washer. The end of cycle chime is short and sweet but it chiming again every like 1 minute does get irritating. _x000D_ Our main reason for purchasing this washer is because of the ability to change the washer door opening location.

We bought this a few weeks ago and I have been very happy with it. It washes clothes well and I have been enjoying the fact that I can wash heavy towels or mats in it and it does not off balance. My previous GE front load washing machine would off balance with heavy towels and it was very annoying.
