I purchased this washing machine about 6 months ago for a health clinic that admittedly does a lot of loads of laundry, all sheets and towels, nothing else. The salesperson assured me that it was professional grade and would be able to stand up to the regular usage levels that we expect out of our machines. They also talked me into the extra protection plan to cover issues quickly and easily in case things go wrong with the machine. Inside of 6 months, the rubber door seal had torn twice for absolutely no reason. The protection plan covered the first repair, but after that they refused to cover the seal repair, even though it was clearly being used as directed with no sharp objects or external factors involved. Very very disappointed in this product and the service that I was provided. I certainly won't be dealing with these folks again for my future appliance purchases.

I am very happy with this product. The clothes are clean and fairly dry at the end of the cycle. Delicates are treated correctly!

Bought this to replace a washer i had for 20 years. i hope this one lasts as long too. love the quick wash feature. The machine is very easy to use and economical
