Ordered this washer. Did not work when delivered. It’s a month later and still do not have a working washer. The Electrolux customer service is embarrassing. They will not replace it. A terrible product and a terrible company. Would not recommend buying anything from this company.

Love the washer. Has many options and I especially like the 18 minute option. Only issue for me is the volume of the spin cycle.

I bought this washer 1 month ago and am happy with it. It's not perfect but it works well. Clothes come out clean and drying time is decreased. The quick cycle is very handy and works great. My complaints are that the change in cycles while running is quite loud and the spin cycle is not as quiet as I was hoping for. Also the power button is very sensitive and if even rubbed up against while on it will turn off the machine which is a hassle.

Bought this washer 2 weeks ago and have done several full size loads with no issue. It’s basic but meets all my washing needs. Also bought the stack kit and it and the matching dryer fit easily in my tiny little condo laundry room. Very happy so far. I do miss not having a load size determined for the amount of soap to add though.

We've used this for about 15 loads so far and it's been excellent. No leaking and we just wipe up any excess water inside the door/seal when we're done using the washing machine for the week. We upgraded from a very old top load washing machine, so it's been a very welcome upgrade in our home.
