I just had this washer delivered two weeks ago. I am amazed at how clean it gets our clothes. We are currently finishing our new home and are dealing with a huge assortment of dirty clothes.

Every load can be thoroughly customized. Depending on the size of load (it can hold a LOT!), material types/colors, preferred temperature, the product(s) being used, etc... there is a wonderful variety of options to choose from. It actually entertains me when it comes to choosing my settings!

We bought this for our first house along with the pedestal a few weeks ago. We have struggled with balancing it. We have it in a delicate spot (only one we can use) next to our cold Water supply and cannot use the spin cycle unless we wrestle it in place for the whole cycle because it just jumps around. Maybe it's an us issue but this shouldn't be so difficult. We had everything balanced when we set it up but it's obviously not anymore and we have struggled with using an otherwise awesome machine. It does an excellent job even without the spin cycle. Heavier items need to be spun but we're making it work until we find a solution.

Great machine but we switched the door so it would open the other way and the screw holes didn’t line up. Technician had to come out and replace the front panel

I bought this washer about a month ago and so far so good. The spin cycle is great and my clothes don’t come out even remotely wet which is great. I enjoy this washer and recommend it to anyone looking into this brand/model.
