I’ve had this for a month and love how well it cleans clothes. The sanitize feature has been a life saver for my winter dust and pet dander allergies.

We are so happy with the features of this washer. Who knew I needed steam lol! Wish it was a touch quieter but hey it’s got a spinning drum in it lol.

I need to use this washer more to give it a higher rating. I find that the cycles are not "flexible" and that the 18 minute wash cycle always displays "24 min". Also, it shakes very hard when starting the spin cycle for almost every load type and size I've tried so far. I've been told by one of the installers that the larger the load the less the shake. Also, the directional pamphlet gives directions for 4 different series and I decided that mine is 400 but I can't find that number anywhere on my machine.

I bought this washing machine last month and I am delighted. It is very quiet, vibrates very little and the drum emits a pleasant fragrance. If there is a complaint, it is that the ring tone is too low, cannot be adjusted, and can hardly be heard from another floor.

I bought this because it was an affordable option. I barely used this machine and inside of it the drum was rusted, it doesn’t clean well as the lint stays on the clothing after normal cycle wash, there’s no filter cleaning section which sucks there’s no way to clean this machine.

Our new washer and dryer arrived a couple weeks ago. We are very happy with them both. Ample capacity, loads of features and runs quietly.
