I love that this product doesn't have any fancy Wifi connect ability in a world full of IoT devices prone to hacking and ddos attacks. There is no app I need to connect, I just plug it in and start it. The wash is extremely quiet, but I do wish there was an option to increase volume of the finished washing tone( I also wish it was a jingle). The door lock was a bit loose but I tightened that up and now the door feels really good when you close it. Overall a good product. Have only had it about a month

Was reluctant to purchase a front loading washing machine but ended up reading many reviews for many different models and trusted this one for my purchase. I am not disappointed. Furthermore, the stain removal option proved very useful for a piece of clothing I had kept for a long while for sentimental value... It is now stain-free with just one wash... I am very satisfied. And I also love the refresh mode for shirts, it avoids me to hassle to iron them before wearing them... :)
