I bought my first Electrolux washer 20 years ago and that one lasted through a family of 7. The washer was used everyday for multiple loads. We washed everything from clothing to small rugs and large dog beds. In short, it took a beating and performed well. If it wasn't for the drum spring support failing due to years of heavy loads, it would still be working fine.

Because of my longtime experience with Electrolux appliances, I was eager to have another front load perfect steam washer when it was time to replace the older version. I would recommend this machine and the accompanying dryer to anyone!

Needed to replace the washer that was here when I bought the house and knew I did not want what was here before. The dealer highly recommended Electrolux and I could not be happier. Fits, looks and washed great!

We recently bought a new pair of Electrolux front load steam ready washer and dryer in Titanium color. We have tried several settings to see great results and have tried the various soap types to also see great results and with reduced volume. We have not yet tried the steam wash settings but did try the steam dryer setting for quick wrinkle removable very impressed with results. I am pleased with the dryer lint filter improvement from our previous model. and the doors not having to stay wide open after use.

Replaced our 18-year-old Samsung washer and dryer about 4 months ago. Electrolux was not on our list and won't be again. The pros, the POD/detergent mixing and how well it cleans our clothes are much better than our old units and we like the lights inside the tubs to help find all the clothes. The cons, the soap and fiber ice dispenser do not completely clean out the dispenser wells, which leaves wet caked-on detergent and Downy. These units both dryer and washer are so much louder than our old units than other manufacturers' units in our friends and family members' homes. The washer shakes so badly during the spin cycles that it will vibrate the floor above the laundry. We had to remove the wall hangings from the walls in or next to the washroom as they shook so badly that they fell off the wall when the washer was in the spin cycle. The place we bought the units from and they installed them have been out and checked the units and made sure they are level, but nothing has fixed this banging and shaking issue from the washer. When the warranty runs out we are going to replace these with Speed Queen units. 5 years can't get here quick enough. After reading all the positive reviews I would say we got bad units, but we won't go through this again.
