This is our second Electrolux Perfect Steam Washer in 18 months. The first washer stopped working when a drive belt broke damaging the motor and a pulley. I had the extended warranty, but the warranty company delayed approval for the repair for five weeks. After three weeks of no action, I purchased a second washer. This new one has been working perfectly since I purchased it three weeks ago. Hopefully there will not be another belt malfunction with this washer. If there is, I am done with Electrolux Washers.

Relative to other washers, it has 3 pumps and you get a nice menu for running your washer. Not all spots will come off. I am not sure if this is due to detergent I used or not but generally this washer does a good job.

Beautiful machine. Looks great. More importantly, this thing CLEANS. I live in an area with red mud. My husband fell down a hill and the entire back of his light blue shirt was covered in mud. The stain ended up sitting for a little over a week before I washed it. I tossed it in the washer, fully expecting to have to re wash it. I turned on the stain setting. Pulling out the load and somehow, the stain was entirely gone.

After multiple repairs on a 4 year old major brand washer we decided to replace it. After looking at multiple brands online reviews and in-person examination, we purchased our Electrolux washer and have been very pleased. The quality is superior including noise suppression, intuitive controls, cleaning, and water conservation. We also purchased the Electrolux gas dryer—it, too, was a great purchase. We couldn’t be happier!

I love that it has separate dispensers for liquid detergent, pods, fabric softener, liquid bleach/sanitizer and stain soak/stain treat!_x000D_ I also love the variety of combinations to wash your items. _x000D_ The machine is very quiet during the spinning cycle.
