We just purchased our second set of Electrolux laundry partners, washer and dryer. The first set were over 10 years old. The dryer was still very operational, the washer needed a tub bearing replacement. We are very demanding on our washer as we have a lot of rugs we washed in a constant cycle._x000D_ These rugs are tough on the washer and for tit to last ten years is really remarkable! We felt that due to the age and use it made sense to replace rather than repair. We started researching current options. We were drawn back to the Electrolux products for two reasons. _x000D_ One, the service we had enjoyed on the original units. Ten years with minor services on the filter due to the rugs is all we ever had done. Secondly, a major factor for us is that Electrolux still offers the reversible doors on their units. Other then one other manufacturer Electrolux is the only units that off easily reversible doors. This was huge and deciding factor for us._x000D_ If we had to purchase different manufactured units, we would have had a very large expense to modify our utility room to accommodate the required location changes to fit the units rather than the units being able to accommodate our circumstances. _x000D_ We are very happy with the new units and how easy it was to install them without any major changes to our home or electric or plumbing. They perform flawlessly in our demanding environment._x000D_ Our only minor wish would be that the new pedestals did not come with the inner dividers and are not available accessories either. In defense of Electrolux, the customer service representative did their best to try to find some for us. _x000D_ We are truly fans of Electrolux laundry appliances and will obviously consider other appliances for our home as we update, upgrade or replace!

My old washer & dryer set was Electrolux and when they had seen many many many loads it was time for a new set & the only choice was another Electrolux set. _x000D_ Efficient, Quiet, Easy to use and trustworthy.

Nice looking “work horse” of a washer! Love the direct drive! Washed a king quilt right away- came through like a champ! Highly recommend!

I had an LG previously. This model spins, and rinses so much better than my old machine. And it is quiet as well.
