Bought this for our short term rental and love the many wash options. Speeds up laundry without compromising effectiveness of cleaning. 4 star rating because - Only complaint is we were under the impression we were buying a larger washer at 5.2 cu ft but when registering it realized it is actually a 4.5 cu ft washer. A bit unclear on the discrepancy.

It has a lot of nice features, I especially like the optic white. It takes a bit longer but the whites come out looking fresh.

The first one we got was leaking. It was disapointing and worrysome. Electrolux were not able to help us but HomeDepot stepped in and replace it with a new one. We are happy with a new one and still think that they are good machine. Thanks HomeDepot for stepping in and organizing a replacement

We replaced a mid size LG that was two years old, and was so prone to vibration it shook our two story and cracked drywall. Service tech said that is how they work, and not to load drum with more than 3 towels. Family of 5. :/_x000D_ _x000D_ This unit will gobble up anything, reversible door allows a fit to our room perfectly, and so quiet we hardly know it is running. They have a second floor quiet guarantee, which was important due to the other issues noted with that LG. _x000D_ _x000D_ It will take a a massive load of towels, spin quiet at max rpm, and the worst thing it is so quiet it has interrupted our love life. The old one was great for noise coverage, late at night….. This one, not so much. Any ideas!?

Arrived with a cracked pump. Leaked 3 inches of water on brand new LPV floor in our new laundry room 1st time we used it. A few hours after it was delivered on June 13th. Received credit for new washer from Electrolux for the store we purchased from but no more in stock. Earliest delivery date of new machine is week of July 20th so I am left with no washer, damaged floor and big Visa bill. Not happy at all!

I have been using Electrolux for over 2 years and recently bought a new pair a month ago . I am extremely happy with the washer . The different cycles help us change setting accordingly and it cleans the dirtiest of clothes to_x000D_ Super clean and the delicates cycle is amazing . The dryer you would never regret buying . Thankful that I came across this brand .
