This washer was a great purchase! It saves me time with the effective speed wash setting. It looks great and has a large capacity. The illuminated drum is a luxury touch.

Recommended to us by our salesman at our favorite appliance store in Reno, NV. We haven’t had a new washer in 27 years! We were really impressed and surprised at all the cycles and options. Easy to operate and gets everything so clean. My husband and I installed it!

I just purchased the machine and have used it a few times. So far this model has performed very well and has all the options that one would need to clean any article of clothing. Love the Titanium color and it was the same price as the basic white.

I have had an absolute nightmare with my new Washer and Dryer set from Electrolux. The washer is shreading my clothing, linens, items, etc. _x000D_ It is now over 7 months and it is still not fixed. I have made OVER 25 phones calls, OVER 8 appts, along with 2 which were cancelled day off and 2 where I had to be home for part delivery, several parts replaced and it is STILL destroying my items. _x000D_ I can not count how many pieces of clothing that are snagged but several are beyond wearing (photos attached) including the blouse I wore at my husband's funeral, the shirt from my first half marathon, the top I received as a gift from my daughter, my great grandma's tablecloth, my late husbands pull over. I could dramatically continue and post a lot of pictures but I am only limited to 6 on this post_x000D_ I am just at my wits end. Elextrolux needs to stand behind the slogans I keep receiving in my inbox from them- "Laura, now you can keep the clothes you love longer." and "Better care for the clothes you care about." IRONIC!
