I bought this a few weeks back and am very happy with my purchase. It has been easier to explain to my daughters how to treat their laundry and with 5+ dogs keeping up after them. This was definitly an upgrade to the Samsung I had before. The only complaint is the rubber around the door. Cleaning hair or other stuff off that has some challenge to it but working through that. The 15 minute wash is amazing when your kid forgets they need something for tomorrow and overall I am glad I spent the money. I also purchased the drawer to go under and recommend that for several reasons. The only thing that was frustrating with that is it will come open with the spin cycle but fixed that with a rubber door stopper.

The front loader washer is very roomy allowing me to wash my comforters. It’s effective and quiet. The only thing is the alert sound it makes when it’s finished with a load keeps beeping for a while. I wish there was a button to make it beep no more than two/three times at most.

Does a fabulous wash, but shake a lot (of balance not level well?) and my door doesn't close easily. I feel that it off center when trying to close the door.

The washer holds a lot and the Tide pod holder is perfect for my needs. There are many options to choose from when washing and when I? choose the MAX cycle the clothes wring very dry making them easy and quick to dry in the matching dryer. The only drawback is having to leave both the front loading door ajar as well as the detergent drawer in order to ensure that they do not remain damp, which could cause mold or bacteria to build up. Other than that, the front load washer on a pedestal is the perfect height and produces great results.

Excellent unit. Gets clothes super clean and does a wonderful job of spinning out the water. Espically like the feature of premixing the soap before putting it into the washing machine.

I have only had this washer for a few weeks. Our clothes are so much cleaner and the colors are significantly brighter. Highly recommend. Only negative is no rinse and spin cycle I did a heavy cotton 3x5 rug and it would not spin it dry.

I have only done 3 loads of laundry in it, but so far, I think it is a very good machine. There are quite a lot of options, so I can see why it is a lot more expensive than my previous machine. I love the Pods compartment, the Pre-Soak/Stain, the Rinse & Spin, and the 15" fast Fast Wash options. It is a "little" noisier than I expected, but it is much quieter than my former machine, and it seems to finish each cycle more quickly._x000D_ I haven't ever had to leave the soap dispenser open between washes on other machines just so it can dry out, but I suppose it makes sense since the washer door also needs to stay ajar. I do wish the "MAX" lettering in the dispenser was a little more obvious, and since I haven't used all of the laundry options yet, I don't really know very much about this machine yet. Still, so far - so good; I think I will be very happy with my purchase.
