This washing machine is much quieter than my last one, I also appreciate how I can leave the door cracked to air it out without the door being wide open.

We have owned the front loading machines for about 3 months. _x000D_ Control settings are reasonably easy to understand._x000D_ Drier works well, about same time to dry a batch as our old 2005 Sears did which was a wonderful clothes drier. Washer works well. _x000D_ Only negative is the price for the base units which are needed to mount the washer and drier on to elevate the machines for comfortable loading and unloading. The 2 base units are pure profit drivers.

We are very pleased with this front loader washing machine. It does a great job of cleaning our clothes and we love all the features. We had a Maytag top agitator that broke a little over one year and the warranty maintenance people couldn’t fix it and gave our money back. We’re glad to put that money and a little more towards our Electrolux. I wish we would’ve known about this brand sooner.

I've used electroluxe washer and dryer since 2007. It was time to update and I knew I didn't want to go with anything different. The newer features scared me a bit, a lot of new settings and some of the older o es changed a bit. The fast cycle was 18 to 22 min. now it starts at 15 min. Some cycles you can't change the temperature to cold/warm on shorter cycles like the older models. It's gonna take some getting used to for sure. Haven't truly figured out the steam cycles but working with it. Haven't noticed any big changes with efficiency yet on power bill. Not a fan of the doors that have to be pulled open. I liked the old push and they pop open. Made it easier on arthritic hands.

Works good but detergent area gets very wet and have to dry out and leave open after using. _x000D_ Very worried that the drain system does not have a filter to clean to keep the drain line from clogging that may also affect the drain pump .

Removes soap residue sufficiently. Time efficient cycles. It doesn’t spin dry as well as my previous entry level Whirlpool washer which it replaced, even on max spin. It’s a bit loud, better suited for a basement or dedicated backroom.
