I feel our clothes are cleaner and softer after we got our new waher and dryer. I like the fact it premixes the detergent before it adds to the clothes.

The I didn’t know I needed! I went to my local appliance store with another brand in mind but the salesman highly recommended the Electrolux. I have a very high volume of washing and some heavy duty laundry. So far I love the unit and especially how quiet it is.

Have had the washer now for about 2 weeks. Washer is working great. The cloths are coming out cleaner than our last washer.

After much debate and recommendations from my appliance guy I purchased another set of Electrolux front load washer and dryer. Even though the Front load require a little extra care it’s worth it. Glad I went with Electrolux versus some of the Chinese or offbrand. Definitely reliable and less problems and great customer service from what I hear.

So far so good. Haven’t used all the settings yet. The duo is a little larger that the old ones and I need to get used to the size. Dryer takes a little longer to dry than the old gas dryer, but I’ll adjust.

We are very pleased with the performance of our new washer, it is very quiet, and I love how the operation dial, lets you know how long it takes for the load to finish. It is very easy to operate, which is definitely a plus!!!

Machine broke after 2 years, there is a small door lock latch that locks the washer door in and it is a tiny metal piece. Piece broke and now have to wait for part and going to a laundromat. I would just go back to basic washing machine quite disappointed .
