1 Good Washer, Horrible warranty experience

Machine worked well for 1 year. Belt broke down so I called for Warranty in end of Aug/2024. Between delays from Electrolux and the company that handle the claim (Appliance Tek Y2K - Horribe Service), I was without washer for 9 weeks. Finally Electrolux agreed to replace the washer. The new washer came with issues related to washer door not closing and Costco/Electrolux will now take another 1-2 weeks to even schedule a replacement. Be careful before you buy this if you are thinking you can use Warranty easily

5 Fantastic washing machine

We have had the washer for about 3 weeks now and love it! No complaints at all and we’re very happy with our purchase.
