Just purchased this machine a few weeks ago but am loving the OpticWhite cycle. It seems to do the job! Also, the 15 min quick wash is a savior!!

The Consumer Reports front-load washing machine listings were LG-heavy. However, our previous LG lasted just 3 years, after 12 years from its predecessor. Time for something different. This was available, highly-rated. In our home, it is quiet, excellent at cleaning and I like the little "leaf" icon when I choose an eco cycle. However, I do wish the magnet on the clever "kick-stand" mechanism were stronger and the plastic lock to turn for that feature was less malleable. Overall, a great performer and very quiet. I hope it goes the distance (12-15+ years) for us with our light- to medium-usage.

Fantastic washer. A joy to use. The installation was a bit cumbersome. Accidentally left a packing bolt in and started washer. There wasn’t clear instructions on installation.

Towels come out very close to dry, just barely damp. Lots of savings for dryer time. Cleaning of sports clothing is very good
