I have only used my Electrolux washer for a few weeks, but so far, I like it a lot. Before buying, I reviewed several of the major brands, but didn't like many of the features they had to offer - I felt like I was going to settle for something I did not like. Then I came across this Electrolux washer. I like their features hands down. For starters, the washer fits my small closet space. The panel is attractive and is user friendly. It did not take long to understand how to use it (although I have yet to try the steam feature). The dispenser tray is a unique design with large dispensing holes, making it easy to add detergent etc...and the interior light is super cool - my first washer to have this feature. I do not really like that the rubber gasket always has a little standing water after each load. I keep a cloth handy to swipe it dry. As for the wet door, I leave it open to dry. Regarding cleaning power, at first I thought it was my imagination that my clothes appeared to come out cleaner than my old smaller Whirlpool - but load after load continued to look great. I don't know if it is because the drum is huge and there is lots of space, or because of the Luxcare and smart boost. Maybe all of the above. In regards to the spin cycle, good or bad, this machine on medium spins the clothes insanely fast and sounds like a subtle 747 as it begins to rev up. This machine is not loud, but it is not super quiet. However, I have not found it to be disruptive (my washer is in a closet in my kitchen where it could be annoying if it were loud). The one thing I do find annoying is the finish cycle chime. It goes off a few times to let me know my load is finished. Once would be enough. I ultimately turned off the chime. I would actually like it if I could choose how many times it would chime. My last comment is about service. After my initial loads, I was having problems keeping the door locked. Once I contacted Electrolux, they sent out a repairman and discovered that my washer front was bent/dented, throwing off the door. They will order a new front and replace it shortly. While I found the repairman to be very pleasant, knowledgeble and prompt, I was not particularly pleased trying to set up the appointment. I spent a lot (!) of time waiting on hold trying to speak to a representative. I had to call a couple of times, and each time, the wait was 40 - 60 minutes. The agent was very helpful, but it took a chunk of time out of my day. Hiring a few more agents would help with that. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

Easy to use and got all the features one would expect these days. Runs very quiet and efficient. Electrolux appliances are of great quality and we are sure this machine will last us many years.

I bought a Maytag washer 2 years ago and it was a nightmare the washer tore and put holes in my clothes. I recently bought an Electrolux washer and can now sleep better knowing my clothes will come out clean with no holes. Runs quiet and super easy to use. I was able to reverse the door myself. Thanks Electrolux! Bye bye Maytag!

Purchased the washer/dryer combo from Lowe’s. Got a great deal on them since they were the floor models. Installed them and the washer leaked. Investigated myself and discovered a giant crack in the tub. Customer service has not been super to deal with. Still waiting for parts and a tech to show up. Going on week three now. _x000D_ The dryer seems to be good, except for the lint trap doesn’t collect everything. Every load has ring of lint around the door seal.

They wash the clothes! Like the way the washing detergent is mixed into the wash water.

Overall, it has been a great washer and a huge upgrade from previous. A huge plus is that we can wash dog beds and comforters in this with ease. It also has many wash options that make it easier to get our clothes clean!
