This is one powered washer! A little loud but worth it for how clean and fresh my clothes turn out. I’ve opted to line dry my clothing and so the spin cycle has exceeded my hopes and expectations. I definitely do not need a dryer! I’m very happy and would recommend!

The washer is not real quiet. And the manual give a whole list of “normal” noises. Basically saying whatever noise it makes is okay. And instead of charging an extra 10 bucks on a $1k+ washer and including the hook up hoses, they just omit them entirely. (No hoses included with the matching steam dryer either) Do they make any notation on the box? No! So I had to hook up with the old hoses and order new ones. So I had the privilege of connecting them twice… First and last Electrolux appliance.

We initially purchased and when they came to deliver, the machine was damaged. The second attempt they said we didn’t have the correct hoses (which we did)! The third time, they were able to install and all seemed fine. On the third load, the door wasn’t shutting properly and started leaking. Finally 2 weeks later had a service call, where they discovered a flaw in the door. Waiting on another replacement. This will be the last one and if it doesn’t work, we will be completely replacing with a different brand.

We have absolutely loved our Electrolux washer. It's already returned fluff and body to the towels, and removed pant stains that our old washer didn't even touch. It's also super quiet!

My new Electrolux cleans my clothes far better than my previous "S" brand front-load machine. That's THE most important thing, a couple minor issues make my rating slightly less than 5 stars. I love the variety of cycle settings, the large capacity, and the LED light in the drum still delights me each time I open the door. I do find the water pump to be quite loud, likely amplified in my small room. I also wish it could remember my spin cycle preference so I didn't have to change it every load: Normal wash is preset to medium spin, not high or max to get clothes drier before the washer. But these things are so minor compared to wonderfully clean clothes in a durable washer built to last for decades. I highly recommend.
