Where do I start? The washer is excellent. We're seniors so we've had several washers in the past but this one qualifies as being, "The best washer we've ever had." The opti-white feature is great for whites; and the stain & soak feature really works as advertised! The detergent cups accept both powder or pods and I can't think of a feature we don't like. _x000D_ This is not an El-cheapo appliance and the quality shows. You really do get what you pay for.

Love the 15 min cycle. Love the size of the drum. Particularly love the Opt-White cycle. BUT.....what I don't love is how LOUD it is! The pump that looks for water to drain at the beginning of the cycle, and during the cycle, is very, very loud. We've had it looked at twice. Once they even changed out the pump, with no improvement. I'd love to know if anyone else experiences this? We have owned two other sets of Electrolux front loader/dryers and none has had this issue until now. It makes me grind my teeth every time I use it!

Big comforter, no problem! That was a major concern for any washer we considered. And it fits our confined space. Cold water performance and low water usage settings are an added bonus.

I purchased this washing machine with the pedestal and it was the best decision I’ve made! The pedestal is extremely roomy, I am able to place 4 of the largest bottles of laundry soap inside and still have some room for other items. The washing machine itself is beautiful and efficient. I can’t even tell that the washing machine is on because it’s so quiet. I am able to wash my own King size comforters because the inside is so roomy (no more trips to the laundry mat). The pull out drawer for detergent/softener is easily cleanable. My electricity bill has went down a significant amount, and I use the washer now more than ever!

Definitely cleans a lot better than the Samsung washer that we had. It is nice to have white clothes again. I love it!

The clothes come out super clean. It is the first time I’ve had a front loader washer and I am super pleased with the performance of it. The machine is easy to use and the functions are not difficult to navigate. I love the machine.
