I had recently (2018) purchased a top loader by Samsungust after the warranty expired the motherboard went out, now, just 2 years later, the mother board and pump went out... the cost to fix was nearly the same as buying a new washer... so I did! I bought the Electrolux and I LOVE it. Went to a front end loader and I couldn't be happier.

Have only had for a few weeks,but we are very satisfied so far. We were able to catch a great sale to make it very affordable and 2 of the biggest selling points were the front loader door was able to be flipped to accommodate our set in a closet and like that the soap drawer dispenser has a slot to drop in a pod that gets mixed with water before going on the clothing.

We purchased our washer two months ago when our LG front load washer gave out after 10 years. I was specifically looking for a quieter washer as our laundry is on the main floor and our old one was so loud that even with the door closed, it was impossible to watch TV or have a conversation in the next room. The sales rep said this was the quietest on the market, so we decided to give this brand a try. So far we all LOVE this new washer. It is SO quiet compared to what we had before. We can barely hear it running with the laundry room door open and can't hear it at all with the door closed. It has all options we need for wash cycles, too. We did not get a pedestal this time so it sits on the ground and plan to get the matching dryer in the near future since it wasn't in our budget at the time. We are extremely happy with our purchase!

Totally love my new Electrolux. I especially like the ability to reverse the door---my laundry room is now so much more functional. Plus, it has a high capacity, multi function options i can use for different laundry needs.

We first encountered an Electrolux washer and dryer on vacation. I remember my mom having Electrolux vacuums. We were really impressed with the quality and performance. Upon returning home we started researching and found our current washer and dryer. We are extremely pleased with Electrolux!

The washer is everything we expected from out previous experience with Electrolux washers. We have had them in previous homes and condos.

This washer is by far the best one I have purchased. It has so many options for stains or soiled level or if i want them sanitized or refreshed ETC. It uses very little soap and water.

The washing machine is okay, loved that it came with a 15 minute quick wash, but cannot really put much in if you want it to clean and also pay attention to over sudsing. Separately, they ran a quick load before leaving and was balanced on the legs ever since the 3rd load it goes off balance. Ordered the warranty and hopefully the issue can be fixed expeditiously as we cannot even turn the legs ourselves to correct at this point. We do love the soap compartment and how easy to clean and use, has tons of load settings and options. Just wish we didn’t have the inconvenience of the off balancing and not being able to fix ourselves.
