The fridge is not working and frigidaire would not accept the return as they need the documents from Ateliers G Paquette. I waited for half a month for the tech to come but still need to wait for another week for them to fix it. I am really worried that the fridge will have any problem in the future which results in me wasting time in waiting and fixing it.

We purchased this fridge in November 2019. It died on us three weeks ago. I went to Lastman's Bigboy in Ancaster where we bought it and a was told by Ryan there that these fridges aren't made to last, they are made for convenience and I was lucky to get over a years worth of life time. To add insult to injury , even with an extended warranty I had to pay an extra $100 to get a replacement fridge. I will never buy another Frigidaire product or from Lastman's ever again

I bought this fridge at Home Depot, 2 years ago and it’s stopped working. Freezer isn’t freezing and fridge compartment isn’t refrigerating. User guide isn’t helpful at all. It’s impossible to get through to customer service at Frigidaire. Even my call-back request failed. I trusted the name but am disappointed in the products. The oven I bought at the same also isn’t working as it should.

Got a month ago and the sales associate said would be super easy to change direction of the door opening. 4 hours later, 2 ppl a buncha special tools and an electric drill we were able to make shift it to open the other way. It hums louder than my old fridge and the light inside isnt a bulb but 3 tiny blue LEDS. Aesthetically its a cute design inside and out but honestly i miss my old fridge. It also took 5 weeks to recieve this fridge as a side note altho it was just before christmas season that it broke (nov 25).

This fridge is compact and keeps all food stuffs at the right temperature to prevent spoiling. Very happy with purchase. Would have liked a little larger unit to fit under a cupboard sace but apparently it is not available any more.

I got my Frigidaire 4 months ago and my compressor is gone already. I have been waiting 3 weeks still don't have a new one yet. The help out of the company is very slow the time on the phone is five hours. I hope this helps me get help. Plus I loss 200 dollars in food..you need to get better help.
