Bought fridge this past summer, enjoy the fridge very much. There are a few items that i wish would be improved. 1. Fridge makes a popping sound when turning off the compressor 2. Fridge bins in the left hand door do not fit properly in the slots 3. Ice is a pain to get out After saying all of that, I would still purchase the fridge again. It looks sleek and shiny in our kitchen. I do not know how to rectify the ice being a pain to access. It was also extremely expensive for a fridge. It has great space and seems to work efficiently (based on power drawn) and I really enjoy the water pitcher in the door.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Initially a little hesitant since this model had just come out, however after 6 months of usage I am very satisfied with the product and servers my purpose, able to use 1 of the bottom door as a freeze and the other one as a regular fridge.

3 months now, absolutely loved it. Able to store foods for weeks and parties. Guests are amazed by the look and the size. One thing though, I have to get the a new breaker without GFCI installed. It keeps tripping my breaker and my house is just 5 years old. I am looking forward to replace the custom panels. Strangely, only professional installers are recommended. How can I change it time to time as I like.

We bought this refrigerator several months ago and love it. It is great to have the flexibility to change the compartments. It looks great! The water pitcher is great! This is our second samsung refrigerator. We have enjoyed both and love this one even more than our first one!

The Bespoke replaced an aging LG (15+ years) refrigerator. The LG served us well over the years but was starting to fail and before we had a total loss we decided to upgrade with Samsung. So far it's been beyond nice, the flexibility of the refrigerator / freezer option has been helpful and so useful. My only gripe is the inability to configure the inside shelves beyond the two or three set options.

I have had this fridge a couple months and love the features. I love the auto-refill pitcher the two types of ice and the flexibility of fridge or freezer in the lower right compartment.

The freezer set up is beyond perfect! No more digging around for what you need and losing food to the bottom of a drawer! We love the ability to customize the panels and indoor compartments to meet the needs of our family.

Definitely worth the wait. The drawers rather than bins in the freezer make it so much more usable. You can actually find what you are looking for without taking everything out. We are loving the water pitcher in the door. Every day we find a new reason to love this refridgerator.
