Fridge just broke 3 months after we purchased it. We lost 100s of dollars worth of food. Customer service has been greatly lacking so far in solving the problem.

Bought in May 2024, died in September. Food Spoit and had to be thrown away. After 3 visits from a repair company sent from Frigidaire it started working again. Now the freezer is very loud, vibrating sounds coming from the compressor in the Freezer, it is very annoying. This fridge so far was a complete waste of money.

I bought this fridge about one month ago. Had technician in after first week as top freezer was getting ice droplets around door. Then within another week or so the freezer door was popping open whenever fridge door was closed!! Technician coming this Friday AGAIN.

I purchased a refrigerator today, October 17, at 1 PM, and followed the delivery person’s instructions to wait 3-4 hours before switching it on and setting it up. Unfortunately, upon setting it up, I discovered that while the freezer door closes properly, the refrigerator door does not close at all._x000D_ _x000D_ I immediately contacted the place of purchase (Teletime Mississauga), but they have not shown any interest in resolving the issue, leaving me with a product I cannot use, despite having paid for it in full._x000D_ _x000D_ I am seeking your assistance to address and resolve this matter as soon as possible. I trust that your customer support team will help provide a solution to ensure I can use the refrigerator as intended._x000D_ _x000D_ Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

This fridge is clean and bright inside. You can see everything at a glance. The most impressive feature is the storage in the doors, compared to old fridge. I also like the fact the deli drawer slides from one side to the other. You can adjust either bottom bins for vegetables or fruit:. My old fridge was 28-29 yrs old, everything is better designed.

So far so good. 5 appliances and hoping they will still be working fine in 15 years, like they made them in the 70’s……that is what I would call progress :)

This fridge / freezer is excellent. It’s very clever how it doesn’t create hot or cold spots. It’s designed so air moves consistently through the fridge and freezer. This is an excellent product, which I highly recommend.

So far it's been a month and its still working as it should. Hopefully it'll last more then 10 yrs. Previous fridge was the same one but older version and failed at the 10 yr mark.. Since it's fairly basic I expected it to last much more than 10 yrs. Bought this as it was the cheapest fridge with the dimensions that fit my criteria. Giving this newer version a chance.

So the fridge works well. But after 2 months it runs a lot and is very noisy. Hard to slerp at night. Disappointing for a new fidge. Not even a year old.
