I bought this fridge in July/24. After four months, I have an issue that the foods (in the fridge) are frozen). Then, the foods (in the freezer) are defrost. _x000D_ _x000D_ These were the advises and changed part from the fridge._x000D_ _x000D_ 1) I should make the adjustment to make the food not freezing and defrosting, although there is the recommendation from the manufacture. the advise is that I should not follow instruction._x000D_ _x000D_ 2) Then, the next two services are changing the cooler temperature control (twice)l. It did resolve the issue that I am experiencing. _x000D_ _x000D_ 3) Then, the fridge stops working completely. I had the fifth services to replace different part. _x000D_ _x000D_ However, I HAVE no fridge, as well freezer for at least a month. I have to put my frozen food at my friend place. I put food by the window to maintain the freshness, as replacing to the fridge._x000D_ _x000D_ Unfortunately, the weather is not consistency, as the fridge. The foods turn bad. I was not aware of the bad milk. I got sick for a couple of hours._x000D_ _x000D_ Until now, I am still not having fridge. The customer service from Home Depot is helping me out. It is not her decision to ask Frigidaire to replace a new fridge or refund._x000D_ _x000D_ It is very inappropriate that Fridigaire is not taking it serious and responding with time frame manner.

Simple stove with easy to use functionalities. Easily scratched on the glasstop though.
