I am extremely disappointed with this cooktop. Both of the large burners have a defect where they only really heat up about a third of the surface area. I understand how induction works and have used 5 different pots and pans on these burners. And it’s not just the center portion that’s heating up, it’s the back left portion (no matter the pot orientation) so it’s really hard to cook anything on them, let alone sear meat equally. I’m stuck in some terrible customer service vortex with Frigidaire and everyone working on this is basically useless because of the warranty protocols at the company. It’s a nice cooktop otherwise and the small burners work as they should, they’ve just sold me a lemon and won’t do anything about it.

La cuisson sur cette plaque à induction est formidable. La température choisie est atteinte rapidement et elle est constante ce qui évite les débordements. Mes crêpes n'ont jamais été aussi bien réussies. La surface est facile à nettoyer et me semble résistante aux éraflures. L'installation s'est faite sans problème avec le matériel fourni. Les instructions sur le fonctionnement et l'entretien sont claires et pertinentes, je vous encourage à les lire. Je suis très satisfait de mon choix.

I bought it a month ago and I like it very much. Just needed to adapt my cooking with induction because it is faster. Only boring thing is that i have some pans that dont work even i made the test and should work.

Took a bit of getting used to but that was not the appliance’s fault. Can’t believe how quickly it heats everything up. Much better than a conventional stove.

Love induction cooktops especially the boost feature. Only reason for 4 stars is that I haven’t had it for long. Was spoiled in my last house with a Bosch and had no issues ever. I’ll let you know in 12 years if I’ve had any problems with this product

We were on the fence about buying this induction cooktop. We've had gas and electric before, but this is better than both. It gives you the speed and control of gas but is easier to clean and use. We love it!

Remodeling our kitchen we were not necessarily planning to replace our old coil cooktop but we're glad we did. The Frigidaire induction cooktop is much nicer than the coil one we had. It heats up much faster but the thing we really love is how easily it cleans. The coil one was always a pain to clean and never cleaned up very well. This is easy cleaning. Very nice.

I am so happy we finally made the decision to get induction. It is the BEST! Water boils within 1 min and when I need to turn it down the temps drops right away so no more boil overs! Cleanup is a dream, just a damp cloth. Check your pots with a magnet to see if they’d be induction compatible. Then they’ll be no surprises.
