Not the best product. Constantly need to reset network settings. Yes I checked my wireless to make sure it wasn’t a connection issue. All the other devices that use the same network work consistently. Just the Samsung tv that is always having issues. I customer service is poor at best. Most of the time it’s impossible to actually talk to someone about the issue. It’s always “send us an email and we will get back to you”. Sure. I’ll just wait by my phone with my seven year old who wants to watch Disney plus. Oh wait, she wants to watch Disney now? What?! Otherwise, great picture.

Have had the TV for a couple months now and am very pleased with it. Easy to set up if you are computer savvy. Luckily our daughter is. Colour is exceptional.

Bought this TV a couple of months ago. Great pic, colour, etc.... but the TV remote has no numbers. I don’t like that. Makes it more complicated for use by non techies

TV is OK but the screen mirroring function is always cutting out so if that’s a feature you are concerned about keep shopping. It was one of the main reasons I bought the TV and it is forever cutting out.
