We have 3 high end el frolic appliances and I am not happy with any of them. The fan is extremely noisy even on the lowest setting. We have it vented outside and it is even noisier outside. The wall shield extends to different heights and the 2 pieces are 2 different colours of steel. The steel has spotting that does not wipe away. The light on the highest setting is not very bright at all. Overall I am very unhappy with this range. The only good thing is that is takes away the steam well.

I purchased this a week ago for my new build and knew that I would require an extension chimney piece to accommodate 9’ ceilings. The appliance rep provided me three part numbers for an 8”, 12” and 14” chimney extension manufactured by Electrolux and advised I needed to go to a parts store to purchase. I figured I would do one better and go directly to Electrolux to be sure I purchased the correct part…..little did I know these parts are not available in Canada. So if you have a ceiling shorter than 8’ this product is for you but anything taller purchase with caution as you’ll not be able to install correctly. Super disappointed.
