We love our new fridge. The open layout makes finding what we need very easy. It’s bright and spacious. Spills are simple to wipe up. The middle tray can be set as a fridge or a freezer, which provides options while hosting when more cold drink space is needed. We would never go back to a fridge without the water and ice feature in the door. The whole family is drinking more water and this summer it will be a favourite to keep all our drinks cool while out on the deck or working in the yard.

We have had it for a month and it works great. The only thing is I'm constantly wiping finger prints.

We bought this for our new kitchen Reno and the salesman couldn’t say enough about it. So we went for it. A few hours after delivery we plugged it in and couldn’t wait to have water and ice at our fingertips…. But that wasn’t the case. It was leaking internally where the filter is and creating a mess. My husband called customer service and they were gonna send someone locally to repair it. No one came or called so we approached them , they had no clue who we were or what we wanted. One month now and still no water or ice. They are ordering the parts I guess. Now we wait. Very disappointed. Will I recommend not likely.

I've had this fridge fur a couple of weeks. Frigidaire did a warranty replacement on the original fridge - not counter depth as the freezer fan wasn't working. All of this was smooth and I'm vet happy with this new model
