I've had this unit for over a year now and for the past 8 months have been waiting for repair/replacement since the unit throws an alarm at random times of the day/night. (not fun waking up at 3 am to turn the breaker off). It's a known problem with the units. Had a repair done first then attempted replacement which was damaged. It's been 4 months since I refused the damaged replacement and still working on getting a new one. Frigidaire has been terrible to deal with for this.

Induction cooktop sat in storage for a year waiting for our new house to be built. Once out of the package all systems were a go although we did have to replace a lot of our previous pots and pans due to being induction incompatible. Have used this appliance for over 3 months now and am very please with the results.

I’m loving my Induction cooktop, it heats up my foods quickly and it’s so easy to clean. So happy that I bought it!

We bought this about a month ago and had high hopes which were definitely met! We were concerned because some people said there was a loud buzzing, but we have heavy, high quality cookware and the buzzing is very minimal ans only caused by the magnetic vibrations. It boils water incredibly fast, probably my favourite feature. I also love that the burners don't get hot when it is on until you put a piece of cookware on it. Having 3 kids that is a great feature. It is very easy to clean, and since the burners themselves only get hot through residual heat from the hot pan, food doesn't get burned to the cooktop.

We did a lot of research and settled on this cooktop. Its a simple sleek design but we love the knobs - easy to use. _x000D_ Easy to clean

La puissance de la plaque est très bonne et les contrôles sont précis et très facile d'utilisation._x000D_ La notice d'installation est cependant ambigue sur l'emplacement de montage des plaques de montage. Elle doivent être centrées et non alignées sur le bord avant.

Have been using the induction cook top for a month now. I love the speed of which it heats up and cooks food. I don’t love the loud buzzy noise it makes (yes I am using the right pans), and I don’t love how easily the surface scratches.

N'acheter pas les produits frigidaire le service à la clientèle est très mauvaise, ils ne veulent pas réparer leurs produits sous garantie légal. J'ai payé plus de 2000$ pour cette plaque et après 2 ans la surface à fendu sur la moitié de la surface pendant l'utilisation. Le service m'a répondu que malheureusement ce n'es qu'un problème esthétique et que c'est garantie que 30 jours ! Je n'ai jamais eu ce genre de problème avec d'autre marque.
