This washer came with our newly built home and were please with it so far. I like how it determines the amount of water needed as to not waste.

We've had this for a month now, and it has kept up great with our post-move laundry load. Very quiet, and I enjoy the multitude of wash options.

The Washer was installed by builder DR Horton in our new house._x000D_ I would give it 5 stars except for the one feature. When the start button is activated,_x000D_ it starts oscillating the center agitator first, and there is no water yet introduced in the tub._x000D_ Result is the clothes bunch up in a big ball in one corner of the tub. _x000D_ After a few minutes of this unnecessary churning of clothes, the water begins to _x000D_ come into the tub._x000D_ _x000D_ The tub is obviously unbalanced because of the bunched up pile of clothes._x000D_ I have to pause the washer, and distribute the clothes evenly around the tub by hand!_x000D_ _x000D_ Rest of the Washer operation is pretty good. It is quiet and efficient. Clothes come out very clean when wash is finished.

I bought a matching set of the Frigidare washer and dryer a year and a half ago after my divorce. For the first year it was great. Now it wont spin out without going off balance and tangling my clothes into ball. I have had 3 different maintenance companies look at it and so far no one has been able to fix the problem nor have any suggestions on how to.

We replaced our 15+ year old washing machine and what a difference! The agitation is better, the spin cycle really gets the water out. I love the choices for cycles. And it is big enough to do some pretty serious wash loads.
