Washer forces you to place clothes in first in a certain way around the drum for load balancing, then once in and locked the drum pre spins without water throwing all the items to one side. No water level controls - water never fully covers clothes. See through glass remains fogged the entire time. Extremely loud... I'm not sure maybe it's faulty and I will call customer service today, but it was brand new and professionally installed so I just believe it's like this.

I have owned this washer for 30 days now. It’s appearance is flawless. All the options are nice and the option to control the different settings helps. It is very loud.

I have very Dirty Work Clothes in the tub works great it doesn't get dirty and stainless and less work for me to clean

I really like this washing machine. I had planned to exchange it for a high efficiency unit after our house loan closed. But having used it now for 2 months, I am very happy with it. I can wash my California King comforter in it without any problems. The only negative; it is a bit noisy and I have to keep the door to the laundry room closed.
