Purchased this in late summer and yes absolutely loving it! However I’m still looking for button that says “cook breakfast” this is my very first smart TV and embarrassed to say but yes I’m so loving it and still let’s I get what it can do.

We bought this 2 weeks ago, the picture quality is excellent. It has Netflix and Amazon prime already there, all you have to do is sign in. It was easy to set up.

I purchased this Samsung about one month ago and was excited to get a Smart TV. The picture is great although it has taken a little getting used to because everything looks like I'm watching a stage play and not a movie or TV. The thing that is truly disappointing is that the sound is terrible. When I reached out to ask if I could improve it somehow, it was suggested that I buy a sound bar for another $300. If I had known how bad the sound was going to be, I wouldn't have purchased the TV. If I really want to heard what is being said in a movie or TV show I plug in my 15 year old Brava and watch the show on that.

This tv was bought for our family as a gift from my mother in law and boy she picked an awesome TV. Never had a big TV like this before and the clarity is amazing along with everything else lol. Thats why we're returning customers because as soon as you walk in your greeted and offered help and very patient and courteous.never had a bad experience with anyone there. Sorry for long review

I purchased this TV a little over a month ago. I absolutely love it. It is much lighter then my previous 55 inch. The picture is fantastic. Set up was very easy. I love that the apps are on the remote - easy access! I am glad I purchased this one.

Only cons would be 2 hdmi port on this model, I would assume that any samsung tv should come with 3 at least the rest is amazing !!!
