I just purchased this to replace an existing OTR microwave (that failed after only 5 years, so thought I would try another brand) as it had very similar styling to my fridge and stove. Although this is a good basic microwave for the price, there is a very annoying design flaw. Although this is SUPPOSED to be able to be mounted flush to the bottom of the cabinets, if you install it as per the instructions you will not be able to open your cabinet door! There is a little piece on the microwave (above the door hinge) that sticks out HIGHER than the rest of the top of the microwave cabinet. I had to put plastic washers between the top of the microwave and the bottom of my kitchen cabinet - so now there is a space between the two, rather than being flush as it should be. Also, be advised that the light over the stove is not very bright (and there is only one setting) - it is basically just useful as a night light. However, this was not a huge issue for me as I have under-cabinet lighting on both sides of the stove._x000D_ If you can live with these two issues, then I believe this is still good value for the price. It also runs much quieter than my old one (no loud buzzing).

I bought this microwave about 8 months ago and the paint has peeled off the handle - looks terrible. Called to get a new one because it’s still under warranty, but that’s COSMETIC so I have to buy it. Ridiculous, had a GE for 23 years and it looked the same as when I bought it. Will be going back to GE and not recommending this product to anyone.

1st time for this brand but won't be the last. I love the 1 touch reheat. 1 for 1 minute 2 for 2 and 3 for 3.

I recently upgraded to the Frigidaire Over-the-Range Microwave and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Renting a home often comes with its quirks, and while the existing microwave served its purpose, I wanted to enhance my kitchen with a modern and efficient model - and this microwave has met all my expectations! One of the standout features is reheating food as there are now 3 quick preset settings based on serving size. I also like the popcorn feature which lets you pop 3 different commercially packaged microwave popcorn sized bags. I like Frigidaire's style, functionality and reliability.

The order and delivery process from Home Depot was awful but the microwave is great. It’s nice and bright inside and looks great on the outside, the black stainless goes well in our kitchen. Seems to work well.

This microwave is amazing. I got it for it's hinge design, as I have a wall to the left of the microwave, and it works perfectly. Love the +30 and +10 second buttons that instant start the microwave.

We were replacing our countertops and backsplash and realized that my 20 year old Frigidaire micowave would have to be removed. Time for a new one! I ordered my new microwave from Home Depot. This microwave is very basic, perfect for our needs, basically for warming stuff up. Our old microwave had sensor cooking settings, which we had never used, so chose a more simple model this time.
