Bought exactly 2 years ago and 2 of the elements are malfunctioning or simply not working. The extremely short lifespan of appliances like this is deplorable--what a waste of material and manufacturing energy--just thrown away to increase the mounds in the landfills. We desperately need some government laws mandating appliance quality.

Happy with it, although ion medium and low heat takes time to heat up._x000D_ Does need constant cleaning as mine is back and shows the forth._x000D_ I bought the special scrapperbyo clean it
