It’s a good oven , but you can definitely tell like all appliances it’s made on the cheap, feels super light and not real solid. Has been working well , cooks even no issues with burners. Warm zone is handy. That said self clean / steam clean function seems not to be working, called and help line is not super knowledgeable had no idea how hot it should get. If it is actually working then it’s a joke and made more of a mess then it did at cleaning oven. Solution unplugged for 20 min and try again , then call for service. Time will tell if it is or is not working.

Great looking appliance and I hope it will work flawlessly for years to come! I did have a question about the glass cooktop manufacturer, it's a reversed P in a circle icon, I've never seen that supplier before? Also, how do I go about a possible warranty claim, the bottom drawer seems to be crooked and hangs lower on the right hand side and also sticks out further out than the left side. I checked the rails and it seems to be the drawer itself, the rails are not mounted straight on it.

I bought this last month when my previous oven stopped keeping the correct temp for the second time (replaced the module 5 years prior) this one is working great and I can do the baking I enjoy without worrying the temp is incorrect and the goods will not turn out.

Stove top is great. Oven is less than desirable. Takes a long time to reach temp then loses 100+ degrees when you open to insert food. Oven doesn’t heat itself back up to required temp without reprogramming temp on control panel. Repair person said that in order for it to maintain heat I should let it heat up for another 30 minutes before cooking so the whole oven is at temp. That would mean 50 minutes to preheat to bake muffins that take 25 minutes. Not happy with this purchase at all.

We have had stove for around two weeks and have enjoyed using four top elements, one adjustable for smaller or larger pot and a fifth convenient element for warming. I like the look of the silver knobs to turn on elements at the front of stove. Good looking silver and black stove for the price. The oven continues to give off VOCs and still producing an odour when the oven is turned on even after several uses. Hoping that fades soon.
