Only had for a couple weeks but so far I am loving it. Followed all instructions on what to do before 1st use. Set the temp for 350 for 30 mins and our oven thermometer said bang on 350. I also really like the controls on the front so I am not reaching over hot pots to turn them off, also makes for easy cleaning around the display. Runners on bottom drawer are nice and smooth too, very easy to open and close. Had my previous Frigidaire stove for 17 years so didn’t hesitate to buy another one.

Got my new stove about 2 weeks ago and so far love it. The only little issue is the knobs on the front of the stove you have to be careful not to push them on accidentally. We don't have small children so it's not really an issue for us. My reasoning for buying this one instead of one with the knobs on top was not having to reach over hot burners to turn them off. Other than that I am enjoying cooking and baking again as my old oven was out of commission for almost 6 months.

I have the electric range for a month and I am satisfied with this range, all the features are functioned as described only the top surfaces is easily scratched.

Very pleased with the purchase right from start dealing with City Appliances,in Cambridge. It was carefully packaged, and came with a owners manual. Very clean appearance and it works very well.One thing that could be improved upon, when bake is on, all the display shows is the temperature, and the clock function is not visible.

I have been used it for a couple of weeks. The cooktop is really powerful than my old one. However, the oven is not wind heated which caused the temperature not same for every space.

I purchased this stove to replace the old style stove that had been in my rental unit before I moved in. This stove has proven to be a godsend. The oven works perfectly so far and the burners are versatile. Excellent stove.

I bought this item online from the website of a major (orange) building supply retailer. _x000D_ The original delivery date was canceled due to the inability of the supplier to get it to the delivery company on time. _x000D_ When I did get the item, several days later, i the oven did not function properly. It was taking forever to heat up and the broiler did not work at all (the same issue, as it turned out). Neither the company I purchased from nor Frigidaire would/could get me a replacement unit in a reasonable time frame. I had no choice but to arrange for a service call...on a brand new appliance that had never worked properly._x000D_ The service provider was excellent, though, and identified the problem almost immediately: an electrical connection that was not connected. This did not appear to be related to transportation and it certainly seems that the unit left the factory in this shoddy condition. Very poor quality control and this should have been caught and corrected in even a cursory quality control check at the factory. _x000D_ So, eventually I got the (working) appliance that I paid for, but only after a considerable delay, inconvenience, and a great deal of (frustrating) time spent on the telephone.
