Nothing but problems with the fridge and freezer. Have had both replaced several times under warranty. Freezer last about 3 months until it completely stops freezing ice don’t work. I have extended warranty but what a pain always having to get them fixed or replaced. I built my whole kitchen around this fridge and freezer and can’t find another brand that will fit hole I made for Electrolux. My last house I built 5 years ago same Electrolux fridge & freezer no issues…. New ones just don’t hold up.

Great refrigerator. Good lighting, good temperature control. Could be slightly deeper and storage could be better organized (deeper compartments, specialized storage like for butter and cheese).

When we were renovating our kitchen, I really wanted to have the same column Electrolux fridge and freezer that my sister had purchased as she really enjoys the added space and layout. We literally designed our new kitchen around it to accommodate the size. We have not been disappointed as we previously had a smaller french door fridge with a separate fridge in the garage as it didn’t fit everything. I like the fact that this fridge is not as deep as some as it’s easy to see everything but you still have a lot of room. It easily held a watermelon, several trays of food we were serving, extra milk, and much more. I’m very pleased with the design. I like the water feature - it’s very simple/easy to use, and it doesn’t splash as much as the feature we previously had in the front of the fridge.

Two year warranty so of course it will last 2 years and two months. Came home yesterday to a warm fridge and a pile of wasted food. Of course we’ve built our entire kitchen around this thing with a ton of custom cabinets and it’s paired with the matching freezer and the trim kit so it looks fancy but is near impossible to get out. Seriously just over two years is all you get? Ridiculous.

I purchase this fridge 2 years ago, fist problem was at the delivery, brand new out of the box unit was not working. That was the first bad sign of many problems in the future. The store replaced for a new unit. After 8 months the fridge stopped working. Not working at all. The repair technician had to come 6 times in a 3 months period for multiple part replacement. 3 months without a fridge! Worst experience ever with Electrolux. And now only after 6 months aftter all the repairs that were done, the fridge stopped again to cool. Unit is not working again. Save yourself of headaches and buy another fridge.

I had the fridge delivered to my door brand new and not working. It was the first sign that I should have heard. The store replace the defective unit. After 18 months the fridge started leaking refrigerant gas and not cooling, Electrolux sent a technician that took 3 months to fix it, had to order many parts and 6 visits to my home. 5 months later the fridge stopped cooling again. I called Electrolux and they said I was out of luck because the fridge is not covered under warranty, even though the fridge was presenting the same issue over and over again. Electrolux should be taking responsibility of this defective unit and replacing it with a new one instead of fixing it and the problem coming back again. Will never trust this brand again or Frigidaire.

We previously had the fridgidaire professional fridge and freezer and while I like the darker interior of the Electrolux I’m not sure I like the finish on the outside or the shelving inside as much. The shelves on the door are taller which is good for keeping bottles from moving around so much but they’re also harder to get in and out. The shelves seem quite narrow too. The exterior is so hard to keep looking nice, it’s so streaky all the time… Our fridge also makes a scraping noise when opening and closing it which I think has something to do with the installation of it so we’re following up on that.

I love our new fridge. We had an all fridge before and it served us well for 30 years. The organization for this fridge is excellent. 5 big bins in the food. Lots of shelves that are not too beep so that you can see everything at a glance and 3 pullouts. So well designed. I also like the lighting throughout the appliance.

This is our 2nd Refrigerator of this model. The first one failed after 9 years, This new one only lasted 2 years and the compressor went out. The repair person stated that this unit has inherent problems with their aluminum line leaking also. Basically if we repair the compressor we will have $1000 in repairs, but it will likely have similar problems down the road. Of course out cut-out dimensions are very specific for this model, so we will need to re-build the space for a better quality unit that will no loner match our freezer on the other side. What a mess

It works but the toe kick never stays on, always falling off. More+stronger magnets please.
